Well, then! Let us be bards and make some new vocabulary! I vote we call this phenomenon: Psycho-adiscoursal Pretermittent Regression. (From “psycho”, meaning of the mind, “discourse”, a synonym for conversation, “pretermit”, a synonym for forget, and “regression”, which means to go backwards.) Therefore, it means that you mentally go back to something you didn’t discuss, because you had forgotten.
